In this episode of the podcast, Aaron sits down with Justin Trawick & Josh Himmelsbach of the band Justin Trawick and the Common Good. Justin and Josh are musicians from the DC area and have travelled all over for festivals, shows, and pioneered a new way of performing during the pandemic— The Secret Backyard Shows (check out aneveningwithus.com to get in on the secret). In this episode, the three sit down in between sets at the Floyd Yoga Jam festival to talk about: unique ways to market as a band, inspiration for writing songs, Justin’s new song Back of the Line, how the last year has allowed people to reevaluate their path, and feeding goats.

NOTE ON THE AUDIO: This podcast was recorded in between sets at a music festival, so the last 5 minutes are so are a bit dodgy. I apologize in advance. The audio was tweaked as much as possible, but the tail end of the talk was worth keeping, even in its muddled state.
